A purpose-driven extension of an established healthcare brand, The Academy at R.A.M. HCG, Inc. introduces a new apprenticeship program designed to support newly certified Oncology Data Specialists, built on the expertise of the parent company. While grounded in R.A.M.’s existing product and brand foundation, the initiative required a distinct look and feel tailored specifically for an educational program within the organization. The objective was to maintain the credibility of the parent brand while signaling growth, mentorship, and professional development.
Objective
To create a cohesive visual identity for The Academy at R.A.M. HCG, Inc. that aligns with the trusted parent brand while clearly distinguishing the new apprenticeship program. The objective was to communicate mentorship, career growth, and professional development for newly certified Oncology Data Specialists. The final direction needed to feel credible, approachable, and purpose-built for education within the healthcare space.
Execution
The process began with developing a logo built directly from the R.A.M. branding, carrying over the core colors to maintain brand continuity. From there, new fonts were selected and a crest-inspired visual style was introduced to create a more educational and structured look and feel. As concepts evolved, brand guidelines were built in the background to ensure consistency and alignment across every piece. This approach allowed each deliverable to build intentionally on the last, resulting in a cohesive and scalable program identity.
