These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all communication, scheduling, and project-related interactions between AMP Services LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) and you, the client (“Client”). By engaging with our services—via email, text message, scheduling links, or any other communication channel—you agree to the following terms.
1. Communication Policy
1.1 Accepted Communication Channels
AMP Services LLC communicates through the following approved methods:
Email
SMS/text message
AMP Services LLC scheduling links (Calendly)
Project management platforms we invite you to (e.g., Trello, GoHighLevel)
Any communication outside these channels is not guaranteed to be seen or responded to in a timely manner.
1.2 Response Time
We aim to respond to messages:
Within 24–48 business hours for emails
Within one business day for text messages
Within 48 business hours for project-related comments
Messages sent after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be addressed the next business day.
1.3 Professional Boundaries
Texting is intended for quick updates or time-sensitive items, not full project briefs or detailed revision lists.
All deliverables, revision requests, and approvals must be submitted via email or the designated project platform.
AMP Services LLC reserves the right to redirect any off-platform communication back to the proper channel.
1.4 Communication Confirmation
To protect project accuracy:
AMP Services LLC may request written confirmation for approvals or major decisions.
Verbal approvals are not considered final without a written follow-up.
2. Scheduling & Meetings
2.1 Scheduling Link Requirement calls, meetings, and strategy sessions must be booked through the official AMP Services LLC scheduling link. This ensures calendar accuracy and prevents double-booking.2.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Clients may reschedule meetings up to 24 hours in advance.
- Meetings canceled or missed without notice may require rebooking at the next available time slot.
2.3 Meeting Expectations
- Meetings begin and end on time.
- If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled at AMP’s discretion.
- Prep materials (copy, assets, documents) must be sent at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
3. Project Communication & Deliverables
3.1 Revision Requests
All revision requests must be:
- Sent in a single consolidated message or document
- Organized clearly, numbered, and tied to the correct file or page
Multiple scattered messages may cause delays.
3.2 Project Turnaround
Turnaround times are based on:
- Project scope
- Current workload
- Client responsiveness
Delays in communication, approval, or asset delivery will extend the timeline.
3.3 Approval Windows
If the client does not provide feedback within 7 business days, AMP Services LLC may:
- Mark the deliverable as complete
- Move the project to the next phase
- Invoice based on the current completed state
4. Email & Text Consent
4.1 Opt-In
By working with AMP Services LLC, you consent to:
- Receiving project-related emails
- Receiving text updates for scheduling and urgent matters
- Being added to internal communication systems as needed
4.2 Opt-Out
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
However, opting out of project-related communication may impact delivery timelines.
5. Availability & Business Hours
AMP Services LLC operates during the following hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Weekend and after-hours communication will be addressed the next business day unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibility
To ensure smooth project execution, the client must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond in a timely manner
- Review deliverables as requested
- Meet deadlines for approvals and content submissions
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project and impact billing cycles.
7. Recordkeeping
AMP Services LLC retains email and text communication records solely for:
- Project tracking
- Quality assurance
- Legal compliance
We do not sell or share communication data with third parties.
8. Updates to These Terms
AMP Services LLC may update these Terms at any time.
Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued work indicates agreement to the updated Terms.
